The manufacture of radius top and pointed pailings for fencing has long proven a difficult task to ensure uniform cutting.
EB Saws have developed a Radius Top Cutter Block to fit on a spindle moulder or hauncher or a tenoner which can be used on a manual or mechanical feed machine.
This will ensure a radius top on palings and posts from 75 mm to 150 mm wide.
EB Saws supplied a 2 + 2 design with a shear cut to improve the quality of finish.
We also supply the same style of tooling to produce pointed palings and posts.
